Rodney Maples has nearly 40 years of plumbing & mechanical experience.  First, as a journeyman plumber, earning his journeyman card from plumbers & steamfitters Local 471 (now 290) in 1978.  Rodney served as foreman for countless commercial and public projects in Northern California.  In 1987, Rodney became a general partner with the founder and Rodney’s father, Wayne Maples.  In the early 90’s the company incorporated and named Rodney president and CEO. 

Dale Maples:

Dale Maples has nearly 30 years of plumbing & mechanical experience.  After several years as a plumber and supervisor in the Sonoma County market, Dale joined the ownership as a general partner, along with brother Rodney, in 1987 and as an equal owner upon incorporation in 1997.  In 1997 Dale developed and launched MapleService, a service and maintenance plumbing & heating company for home and property owners.  In 2009 Dale earned his LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification. 

Roger L. Maples:

“Roger Maples has nearly 40 years of plumbing & mechanical experience. He and Rodney, as twin brothers, served alongside each other to complete their apprenticeship and earn their journeyman cards from Local 471 (now 290) in 1978. Roger served as the architect of the Santa Rosa locations. From Santa Rosa, Roger oversees the delivery of Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating, our plumbing contracting company to contractors and developers. Further, Roger has delivered our plumbing & HVAC service provider, MapleService, to home and property owners. Roger became a general partner in 1987, then a corporate office/shareholder upon incorporation.
