Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating operates from 2 locations in Northern California. From our original location in Eureka, we offer new construction plumbing to Humboldt and Del Norte County. Our customers are the general contractors, both local and those from other areas. 

In Eureka, our projects are 75% commercial and 25% custom residential. Our commercial clients are confident in our ability to perform and live our mission statement. From there, we build our commercial relationships and become part of the commercial general contractor’s team.  

Our residential clients, Humboldt County’s best homebuilders, represent that percentage of our projects that complete our plumbing offer to the local community. Also, these custom homebuilders represent their trade with premier identity. Our residential clients are confident in our team’s taking care of their buyers who become the North Coast’s homeowners. A home plumbed by the Maples team is a value-added feature for our residential builders. 

SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA

Our Santa Rosa location was established in 1984. From this location we offer new construction plumbing to Sonoma County and parts of Mendocino, Napa and Solano Counties. Our customers are the general contractors and developers, both local and those from other areas.

In Santa Rosa our projects are 25% custom residential, 25% multi-unit apartment/retirement housing and 50% commercial. From our custom residential clients to our multi-unit clients, our residential general contractors trust our cooperative and coordination ability. Further, these clients trust our “on-the-project” autonomy that requires no management costs. These qualities enable the contractor to take care of other concerns.

Our commercial clients are always distinctively satisfied. At Maples we define satisfaction as the willingness of our general contractors to transact with our company consistently. Our history in completed commercial projects has built our identity as always being relevant to the completion date. Each interim phase we complete always moves the contractor closer to the goal of completion. The result is satisfaction, or as we define it, repeat invitations to sub-contract.
