Target

The Eureka Target store was completed by S.D. Deacon in October of 2004.

Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating was the only local plumbing contractor invited to the bid process. The store was completed in just 6 months. Upon completion Deacon’s superintendent commented: “Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating was one of the most competent sub-contractors I have ever worked with.”

Contractor: Lundblade Development

Blue Lake Casino
Commercial Kitchen

The new Blue Lake Casino was completed by Kitchell Contractors. Kitchell’s observation was that the Maples team was the only local plumbing & heating contractor with the capacity to meet the demanding completion schedule & date.

Completed: Fall 2003


Bear River Casino

Bear River required a short building horizon to meet a grand opening commitment. The contractor, J.E. Dunn, selected Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating for our capacity and history of success in compressed schedules.

Bayshore Mall, Eureka

In addition to completing the plumbing & mechanical on the original Bayshore Mall project, Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating is the plumber contractor of choice on tenant improvements and anchor store changes.


Bayfront One

Contractor: Pierson Investment Company

Location: Waterfront Plaza, F Street
Eureka, CA

Completed: Summer 2007


Safeway, Santa Rosa

The Mendocino Avenue Safeway in Santa Rosa was completed in 2004 by Midstate Construction.

A smooth completion of the plumbing by Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating resulted in Safeway requesting that Midstate sub-contract again with Maples for the plumbing on the new Napa Safeway.


Pacific Theatres, Rohnert Park

The new multi-plex Pacific Theatres is located in Rohnert Park, CA. Z.A.K. Enterprises sub-contracted with Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating for the plumbing.

The project was completed the theatre in 2002.
