I called today for repair of a dripping bathtub faucet. Myra Arnold took our information, scheduled the service call, and arranged payment in a quick and painless process. Myra gave us a time range and indicated she’d call when the tech was en route. Then, she actually did just that! Jim Bartlett arrived, did some troubleshooting, explained out problem quoted a fair price, and set to work. When he completed the tasks and checked his work, he determined additional, more major repairs were required. When we needed time to decide, Jim explained the process / repairs needed, cleaned up, asked us to call Maples if we decided to proceed, and departed. This was at no charge.
